If you are considering an investment in property, then you are advised to contact a good Panamanian lawyer and ask questions. Lawyers, a species that I personally am not enamoured with, wil vary in both costs and services they offer. Try to get a referral from your national embassy, or visit a few offices before committing to any contracts.
